A different way to let

For London landlords & property owners

You let to Arimex. We coordinate the operation. An agreed rent structure and one company relationship can mean less routine involvement for you.

Your agreement is with ARIMEX LTD. Subject to the agreement and property permissions, we provide short- and medium-term accommodation for business, relocation, contractor and project stays. Authorised occupants may change.

The proposed use is explained before signing. This is not simply a conventional tenancy for one named employee. Your retained responsibilities need to be clear, and the arrangement is not automatically the highest-rent option.

Finding the right fit

Good homes.
Clear potential.

Our main focus is modern one- and two-bedroom properties in London Zones 1–2, with wider consideration through approximately Zone 4. Other locations and property types can still be reviewed individually.

Before you decide

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Ask Amir a question
Will I be paid when the property is unoccupied?

Where the signed agreement provides an occupancy-independent rent obligation, day-to-day occupancy does not change that agreed rent. Check the exact wording and any payment exceptions before signing.

Is this rent-to-rent?

The structure may be described that way: ARIMEX LTD rents a suitable property and provides permitted accommodation to changing authorised occupants. The intended use is explained before signing and must be supported by the property's permissions and restrictions.

Who handles maintenance?

Arimex coordinates the operational tasks assigned to it. The agreement identifies repair responsibilities, spending authority, owner approvals and any structural or building matters retained by the relevant party.

What if I am unsure about permissions?

Tell us what you know. An initial review can identify questions about a mortgage, lease, insurance, planning, licensing or building rules. Any relevant restriction must be resolved before an arrangement proceeds.

What happens after I submit?

We review the property details and respond through your preferred contact route. If a fuller review makes sense, we may ask for more information or arrange an inspection. Submission is not acceptance, a valuation or a rent offer.
